Buffalo Ice Cream Maker - DM067. Effortlessly produce up to 1.5 litres of delicious, high margin ice cream with the powerful and reliable Buffalo ice cream maker. Featuring it's own built-in freezing unit, simply add your ingredients and the machine will automatically mix, freeze and fluff the mixture to produce light and indulgent ice cream, sorbet or frozen yoghurt. As there's no need to pre-freeze the bowl beforehand, you can save vast amounts of time and freezer space in comparison to pre-freeze machines. The lid features a handy pouring chute, allowing you to add ingredients during the process, ensuring a smooth, consistent addition of chocolate, nuts or fruit.
